We want you to glow with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products that aren't a perfect match for your skin. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in lightly used or unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place your Ultra Violette products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
